Refunds may be granted 7 days ahead of an event. The Welcoming Club reserves the right to deny refunds at the discretion of the board. This policy is subject to change at any time. Differing refund policies may apply based on specific event and the amended policy will be listed when tickets are sold. If refunds are not possible, members are encouraged to sell their tickets and may do so on the Facebook group page.
