Save the Date, Tuesday January 10th, 7 pm for our next ladies night event. Get a head-start on your New Year's fitness resolutions at a trial class at CrossFit located at 42 Nassau Blvd., Garden City South.  "CrossFit is essentially cardio, gymnastics and strength training rolled into one eclectic, efficient package. We perform pullups, pushups, handstands and box jumps. We lift weights, swing kettlebells, climb ropes and throw medicine balls. We run, row, jump rope and use gymnastics rings. We mix all of these elements together in challenging and creative ways so that you never get bored."  Space will be limited to first 14 people. Details coming soon!
